The Soft Life of a Woman

A woman who learns to live in sync with her heart, her cycles, her energy and her desires, without ever being sensual, ambicious and deeply feminine.

This is a PERFECT moment to introduce so that you can naturally deactivate, remove, turn and prepare it for a new step.

In this article, we'll explore Ayurvedic concepts related to autumn, which form the basis of our routines. We'll add a touch of magic or mysticism, the element that connects us to Mother Earth – Mabon – a time of harvest and gratitude, and we'll begin to touch on some themes from our world… I'll also leave you with a few dates to remember so we can share some moments together…

THE SOFT ART OF LIVING 🍂

What if feeling good in your body, your relationships, your beauty and your everyday life didn’t require doing more… but learning to slow down?

This is a space to reconnect with yourself — to your feminine rhythm, your body, your nervous system and your desires.

We’ll talk about women’s cycles, anti-inflammatory rituals, lymphatic drainage, self-healing, feeling pretty, sensuality and connection in relationships. But also about slow aging, slow living, slow traveling and the beauty of creating a life that feels as good as it looks.

Because wellness is not only about what we eat or how we move.

It’s about how we feel. How we love. How we rest. How we age.How we travel. How we take care of ourselves.

And as autumn arrives, we’ll embrace the invitation to slow down, come back to ourselves and romanticize the little things — with a little softness, a little sensuality and a touch of soft luxury. 🍂

Slow down. Come back to your body. Feel like yourself again.

“This summer, I took a gentle trip.

And, to be honest, it’s already a rule for me: to take the time to appreciate where I am, to savor it, to feel it.

Rather than visiting several cities in a few days, I chose to stay longer in just a few places. To slow down. To soak up the atmosphere, the little pleasures, the encounters, the landscapes.

I truly experienced la dolce vita and the good life. 🌹

Because that’s also the mindset I want to bring into my life: more gentleness, more presence, more beauty in simple things.

And it’s this mindset that I want to share with you.

I tell you about my travels not only to help you discover new places, but so that we can connect with this same philosophy: traveling together on this magnificent journey that is life. 🤍”

According to Ayurveda, autumn is primarily a Vata season 🍂.

• Vata = air + ether: cold, dry, light, mobile, irregular.

• Autumn brings precisely this: more coolness, dryness, wind, and change, which tends to increase Vata.

• This is why Ayurveda generally recommends a warm, regular, nourishing, and soothing routine in autumn: cooked and warm foods, oils, regular sleep, and avoiding excessive cold and wind.

Of course 🌿🍂 If we follow the Ayurvedic approach, autumn is a time when we primarily seek to calm Vata with warmth, gentleness, nourishment, and regularity.

🧘‍♀️ For everyday life

Vata loves routine. Autumn is therefore a good time to:

• get up and go to bed at relatively regular times

• eat at regular times

• favor gentle yoga, walking, and slow movements

• avoid too many activities and changes in routine

• take warm showers or baths

• protect yourself from the wind and cold

• slow down a bit in the evening

🪔 A little Ayurvedic autumn ritual

A massage with warm sesame oil (abhyanga) is traditionally recommended for Vata. You can apply a small amount to your body before a warm shower, especially on your legs, arms, and feet.

🍲 What to prioritize on your plate:

• Soups, creamy soups, dhal, mild curries

• Rice, oats, quinoa, sweet potatoes

• Olive oil

• Sesame oil

• Cardamom

• Cumin

Opt for hot or warm drinks:

• Hot water with a little ginger

• Ginger-cinnamon-cardamom infusion

Now, let's draw a parallel between autumn, Vata, and our menstrual cycle, since autumn can be considered a time that echoes the ideal phase of the female cycle: an invitation to slow down, reconnect with oneself, and listen more closely to one's body.

My story with yoga began very early, at the age of 14, when I was suffering from severe menstrual pain. On my father's advice, I discovered this discipline… without knowing at the time that it would become much more than just a practice: it would become a true way of life.

Over the years, my path has naturally led me to specialize in the world of women, their cycles, and the wonderful connection between the body, emotions, and the different phases of our lives.

This is also why I want to share this approach with you today: to help us better understand our bodies, respect their rhythms, and, above all, learn to live more in harmony with them. 🌿

🌙 If we draw a symbolic parallel between the seasons and the menstrual cycle, autumn generally corresponds to the luteal phase, that is, after ovulation and before menstruation.

🍂 Autumn

Luteal Phase

Slowing down, introspection, turning inward

🍂 3. Autumn — Luteal Phase

After ovulation → until the next period

• 🍁 Energy: It gradually begins to decrease

• 🪞 Tendency: Introspection, need to slow down, heightened sensitivity

• Ayurveda: Vata

• Symbolism: Sorting, detachment, turning inward

This is an interesting time to finish, organize, take stock, and listen to your limits.

Autumn → I slow down and sort

And if autumn invites us to slow down and turn inward, it also invites us to look at what we have sown… and what we are ready to reap.

This is the whole meaning of Mabon, the Wiccan celebration of the autumn equinox and harvest: a time to give thanks, reflect, and honor the fruits of what has grown within us. 🌾🍂 A beautiful invitation to ask ourselves: what have I sown this year, what have I harvested, and what do I want to say thank you for? 🤍

🍂 ¿Qué represents?

Mabon joins a menu with:

🌾 Cosecha: reconocer los frutos de nuestros esfuerzos.

🙏 Gratitud: dar gracias por todo lo que hemos recibido during the year.

⚖️ Balance: between light and darkness, light and reflection, action and descent.

🍁 Soltar: dejar ir lo que ya no necesitamos.

🔥 Preparation: gradually enter into a more introspective phase.

This year, the equinoccio will be available on September 22, 2026. If the equinoccio becomes an opportunity to take a break, think about everything that he has grown and created space to live in? Accompany me in a moment of recognition and gratitude.
