September always arrives with a particular scent: the smell of autumn spices, the return to routines, the air beginning to freshen... And in the midst of this back-to-school energy, I want to remind myself of an essential truth: returning to oneself always involves returning to one's body.
In this article you will find:
an inspiring story
a gentle yoga video suitable for fall
an invitation to an express clarity & well-being session
"Beauty is a ritual" wellness recipes
I'll start this story by quoting an author I was lucky enough to meet at the Ashram in the Bahamas...
''When we heal it becomes universal.....''
And this sentence resonated so much with me… Because it is totally true that when you heal this form of healing becomes universal…
Let me explain with an example : If I have a cold, and I discover that hot water with lemon and honey does me good… I will share this remedy with someone I meet who has a cold… our healing becomes universal… we all heal…
I had the chance to accompany wonderful women in the Bahamas (in Val-Morin and in magnificent places) on their path to well-being by providing them with adapted Ayurvedic massages, angelic oracle sessions, energy treatments, but above all by providing them with gentle and attentive listening, my years of experience in intervention have helped me a lot... But the more the years pass, the more I realize that my life experiences have made me a natural companion...
-Slice of life-
I hadn't noticed the impact I was having when one of the karma yogis, one of my colleagues at the reception, after bringing her a mixture of herbs and oils to use after the massage I had given her (I believe we have to take care of our own, both were karma yogis) Seeing me, full of joy and enthusiasm she exclaimed: 'She's a healer, she's a healer...'
Why am I talking about it?
Because I experienced a difficult event and I was called to rebuild myself, to reinvent myself... in doing this I discovered tools that I want to share
And I feel stronger than ever, more aligned than ever, softer than ever, more sensual than ever…. I am reinventing myself in a way that honors my greatest desires, my greatest needs and to accept and honor myself as I am… different, cyclical, versatile, complex and sensitive…. Medicine Woman
And today I am clearly happy to want to support women who, like me, have said to themselves that's enough! ... enough of being small for fear of disturbing, enough of following the ideas of a society by oppressing my own needs, dreams and desires...
Being a medicine woman means sharing your knowledge, your magic, and using it for the common good.
This is how we were able to consider ourselves "medicine women," women who not only know how to use medicinal and healing plants, but who also understand the processes of the body and mind, who have lived experiences that have left them with wisdom, knowledge and tools, who have energetic capacities, who know how to listen to us, to give us their time, who have a word of encouragement, who have power in their voice, in the way they share their knowledge with us.
Today I accept myself as a woman, master of her destiny who is ready to reinvent herself in a way that celebrates her true desires.
The path I have decided to take is that of returning to myself, of returning to my body... My woman's body: sensitive and strong, cyclical and intuitive, sensual and nourishing.
So with gentleness I rediscover my sensuality, with audacity I clarify my limits and with confidence and kindness I share my experiences with the aim of creating sincere connections with the aim of Accompanying beings who, like me, want to return to themselves... to reconnect with themselves!
This path will be magnificent, magical, fresh and new and I invite you to surrender to it and it will be a pleasure for me to walk with you….
Back to school back to my body…
Return to oneself
We live in a society that glorifies productivity, to-do lists, and New Year's resolutions. But if I truly want to honor myself, create with alignment, and walk in abundance, I must first return to my foundation: my body as a living temple.
✨ Why “back to my body”?
Because my body always guides me:
• It shows me when to slow down.
• It reminds me to breathe.
• It tells me if I am aligned or if I am forcing.
Through yoga, wellness rituals, and my own practices, I rediscover this sacred intimacy with myself. This is where the magic happens.
🍎 My intention for this back-to-school season
Rather than chasing the outside, I choose:
• Gentle mornings, where I anchor myself through breathing and movement.
• Mindful eating that feeds my creative energy.
• Moments of silence, to listen to the voice of my soul.
To honor my woman's body...
My intention : to offer you a space of healing, transformation and inspiration, by mixing spirituality, emotional gentleness and sensory experiences .
Coming back to my body means coming back to my power. It means saying yes to clarity, abundance, and a life where every action is an extension of my inner well-being.

To begin this journey back to oneself....
The first step is to move our body, movement brings energy, movement connects us to our body...
Here is a sequence adapted to autumn
Remember to always follow your body's energy...
Take more time in the postures if necessary, add postures or avoid those that do not suit you... But give love to your body by moving it!
Beauty is ritual
In this return to oneself I offer you a first ingredient, because we know that we must nourish our body... so I present to you this first ingredient which helped me to recover when my body suffered a physical, emotional and hormonal shock....
Shatavari reduces stress and anxiety, eliminates digestive bacteria, and combats hyperacidity. It reduces Pitta heat and regulates Vata.
Shatavari ( Asparagus racemosus ) is an adaptogenic plant native to India, highly prized in Ayurveda for its virtues: An adaptogenic plant is a medicinal plant, a root or a fungus that increases the body's ability to adapt to stress (physical, emotional or mental) by supporting the body's balance. These plants act in a non-specific manner, normalize physiological functions, and do not cause toxicity.
Shatavari is a medicinal plant with mythical status linked to the feminine
support hormonal balance, especially during premenstrual syndrome or menopause and supports women in motherhood.
helps revitalize and rejuvenate the body and mind , promoting a feeling of vitality and energy
If in Sanskrit, the language of India, "shatavari" means " The woman with 100 husbands ", it is not for nothing. Indeed, the shatavari root is known to be a natural aphrodisiac that stimulates the libido .
In addition, shatavari root is an effective and recognized natural solution against vaginal dryness. Thanks to its lubricating action, the vaginal mucous membranes are hydrated from the inside and toned to relieve pain linked to intimate dryness and thus regain comfort and pleasure .
In powder form , shatavari can be easily mixed with food and drinks. In Ayurveda, it is recommended to consume a teaspoon of shatavari in a hot drink such as a glass of hot milk for example. Personally, I add either a teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil to my hot milk; it will be better absorbed by the body.
I invite you to discover it more, but here is a small summary table:
🌺 Shatavari – La Madre Nutricia
🔮 Energy: feminine, lunar, restorative of the uterus
👩🍼 Function: Regenerates the reproductive system, nourishes the hormonal system, soothes the emotional heart
💞 Ideal for: when there is loss, fragility, uterine mourning, desire to reconnect with fertility and self-love
💧 Effect: gentle, nourishing, deep (does not stimulate, supports)
📆 When to take it: After the first 5 to 7 days, once the bleeding has stopped, in powder or capsule form
✅ to support emotional, energetic and hormonal recovery.
What are the contraindications of shatavari? May cause allergic lung or skin reactions in some rare cases. The use of this plant should be avoided in people with kidney and/or heart problems, as well as those suffering from obesity.
Beauty is a ritual...
